I marvel at my life and how much it’s changed and expanded since starting this silly little Substack. What the fuck even is a Substack and how did it become so big in my world? A little over a year ago, I didn’t know it existed and I honestly can’t remember how I found out about it. But I started one, and posted a couple of sneaky, secret essays/musings, assuming no one would ever lay eyes on them.

A few weeks later, I released another piece of drivel, again believing I was protected under the divine anonymity that is the nature of the the void we all can’t help but scream into endlessly. After all, for many years I’d been operating just under the radar when it came to my music, even with a hefty amount of songs in film and television, live performances, and well known peers.
